Born in Hamilton, Ontario, performer Jamie Douglas has enjoyed a colourful career in Ottawa's arts scene as an actor, comedian, musician and puppeteer. In 2003 Jamie traveled to the Persian Gulf to perform in a Canadian Forces Show Tour with Barney Bentall, Tony D and Diane White.

Also born in Hamilton, Ontario, author and musician David Hart is a four-time Olympian. A Canadian team member of Water Polo team in for the Munich 1972 and Montreal 1976 games, David also coached in Los Angeles 1984 and Sydney 2000.
